Kim Rimmasch, CEO

Kim Rimmasch started in the vacation industry in 1980 and has developed and built some of the finest resorts in the country. In Utah alone, he developed East Canyon, Kimball Canyon, Powder Ridge Village, Bear Lake and Wolf Creek in St. George. He also built condos in to Big Bear Resort in West Yellowstone as well as several on the Pacific Coast. In 1996, Kim ran Marketing for Trendwest Resorts later to become Worldmark by Wyndham. When Kim took control, he grew Trendwest to over $900 million a year in revenue. When Kim left the company, it had a value of 4 Billion Dollars which was one of the largest of its kind in the world. Kim is known as one of the “Grand Daddies” of the travel/vacation industry. Kim helped and was directly responsible in creating the point based system in the timeshare industry. Kim helped build A Leisure Life which is able to give a Best Price Guarantee, a full line of inventory as well as providing affordable travel for all.

David Harnicher, President & COO

David Harnicher coming out of Graduate School at Ohio State University with a MBA, a Business Analytics Master and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, was highly involved as an independent contractor for the Defense Industry; developed retail and warehouse/office buildings as General Partner in Houston; managed a National Brokerage operation with over 2,200 active agents; was a CFO of a Third Party Administrator which reduced risk for over 170 hospitals; then David became the Managing Director of Special Projects for Children’s Miracle Network, a non-profit for children’s hospitals nationwide and there he pioneered a complete online national donation program. Now he has chosen to share his expertise with A Leisure Life.

Brian Hafen, CMO

Brian Hafen has extensive experience in both sales and marketing across various industries that span the personal leisure markets. He has been ranked in the top 1% in sales in corporations he worked with that ranged from leisure, telecommunications, electronics, and timeshare. Brian has acquired numerous sales and marketing awards in the process. Out of the thousands of employees involved within the sales organization for Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Brian earned the designation of Rookie of the Year and then Salesperson of the Year by selling Millions of dollars of timeshares. In doing so he was promoted to Senior Director of Marketing of Worldmark by Wyndham and developed special programs to increase the sales of luxury accommodations. He became exposed to a $450 Million marketing budget and learned the details of one of the largest and most successful timeshare package sales machines in the world. He now continues his legacy with A Leisure Life.

Cason Miller, VP Sales & Leadership Development

Cason Miller is a field development specialist with a very productive career in direct marketing. At age 21, he was earning a six-figure annual income in the space, and it didn’t take long before he was consistently making more than $30k-$40K every month. Since then, Mr. Miller has continued to sponsor, motivate and train teams of individuals in this proven system of entrepreneurship to become much more effective and duplicable, from both a personable standpoint and also while speaking in front of groups with as many as 15,000+ people. He acknowledges that he cannot imagine building a successful and enduring business without the “system” and its unique and corresponding leadership, tools, and culture. Cason has become financially independent. He serves as a leader and an inspiration to many, and welcomes invitations by other leaders to assist ALL Affiliates in their efforts to build and create successful teams and organizations. Cason Miller currently resides in Cedar City, Utah. He excelled in soccer in high school and enjoyed a year with a semi-pro club. He served a two-year, church-service mission in Argentina where he learned Spanish, hard work and discipline, and the skills of working effectively with others. He is married to the lovely Jeanette Miller, and has two beautiful children.

Mike Drayman, Director of Communications

Mike Drayman brings analytic expertise to our Public Relations and Customer Care teams while also providing marketing content customization. With a background in sales and promotions, Mike followed his interest in entrepreneurship with multiple companies as a direct sales rep and investor. In 2013, while working for a national corporation in the travel industry, he quickly jumped into the top 2% of all reps in overall sales and volume and was #1 at the company’s Utah location. Mike attended college on basketball scholarships, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Utah Valley University, where he also served as Director of Basketball Operations. He currently resides in Salt Lake City, Utah, enjoys visiting friends and family throughout the U.S., and looks forward to traveling the world.
