Kim Rimmasch, CEO
Kim Rimmasch started in the vacation industry since 1980 and developed and built some of the finest resorts in the country. In Utah he developed East Canyon, Kimball Canyon, Powder Ridge Village and Bear Lake. He also built condos in Wolf Creek, St. George to Big Bear Resort, Yellowstone and all over the Pacific Coast. In 1996, Kim helped run a company called Trendwest Resorts, also known as Worldmark by Wyndham and when he took control, he took it to over 900 million dollars a year. When Kim left the company, it had an approximately value of 4 Billion Dollars, one of the largest of its kind in the world. Kim is known as one of the Grand Daddies of the travel/vacation industry. Kim helped and was directly responsible in creating the point base system in the timeshare industry. Kim helped build A Leisure Life which is able to give a 110 to 200% Best Price Guarantee. In his spare time he loves spending time with his wife, family and grandchildren. Kim loves to play his trumpet, music and is also a conductor and leads a lot of community orchestras and choirs.
David Harnicher, President & COO
David Harnicher coming out of Graduate School at Ohio State University with a MBA was highly involved as an outside consultant for the Defense Industry, managed a National Brokerage operation with over 2,200 active agents, a COO of a Third Party Administrator which reduced risk for over 170 hospitals, developed retail and warehouse/office buildings as a General Partner in Houston, sat in the CFO chair for a large national sales organization and was even the Managing Director of Special Projects for Children’s Miracle Network (a non-profit) for kids and developed a complete online national donation program. Now he has chosen to share his expertise with A Leisure Life.
Brian Hafen, CMO
Brian Hafen has extensive experience in both sales and marketing across various industries that span the personal leisure markets. He has been ranked in the top 1% in sales in corporations ranging from leisure, telecommunications, electronics, and timeshare and has acquired numerous sales and marketing awards in the process. Out of the thousands of employees involved within the sales organization for Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Brian earned the designation of Rookie of the Year and then Salesperson of the Year by selling Millions of dollars of timeshares. In doing so he was promoted to Senior Director of Marketing of Worldmark by Wyndham and developed special programs to increase the sales of luxury accommodations. He became exposed to a $450 Million marketing budget and learned the details of one of the largest and most successful timeshare package sales machines in the world.
